Then, we’ll arrange an in-home visit to perform a basic needs and environment assessment, determining the type of care you need. Whether it’s companion, personal, or specialty care, we are there to answer any questions you may have and to provide the services you may need.
2. Create a Personalized Care Plan
Next, we’ll develop a personalized care plan tailored to your specific needs. The In-Home care plan incorporates your and your loved one’s history, routines, and preferences to create support activities that will be most beneficial to you. We will review the care plan with you in detail and modify it as you see fit.
3. Match the Best Caregiver
Inviting someone into your home is a significant decision, and we are honored that you trust us with this responsibility. It’s essential to find the right caregiver match for you. We take into account various factors, including interests, personalities, training, and the specific in-home care services you require.
All of our caregivers and healthcare professionals undergo thorough screening, including background and reference checks. They are also bonded and insured, providing you with peace of mind. 5. Ongoing Support In-Home Care
AccuAid Home Care caregivers track tasks using a mobile app, and we maintain detailed notes in care logs and task statuses, ensuring you have a clear record of what happened each time they provided service. Supervisory staff also make periodic visits to your loved one’s home to ensure everything is working according to the care plan. And, because your care team is trained to notice and report changes in health or condition, we can quickly modify the care plan if needed.
