1. Meet & Answer Questions
When you call AccuAid Home Care, we start by gathering information on how we can best assist you. We’ll ask some questions to get a better understanding of your needs. Then, we’ll arrange an in-home visit to perform a basic needs and environmental assessment to determine the type of care you need. Whether it’s companion, personal, or specialty care, we are there to answer any questions you may have and to provide the services you may need.
2. Create a Personalized Care Plan
Next, we’ll develop a personalized care plan that is tailored to your needs. The In-Home care plan incorporates your and your loved one’s history, routines, and preferences to create support activities that will be most beneficial to you. We will review the care plan with you in detail and modify it as you see fit.
3. Match the Best Caregiver
Allowing someone in your home is a big step. We are honored and grateful that you put your trust in us. So, it’s important that we make the perfect caregiver match. We consider several factors such as interest, personalities, training and in-home care services needed. All caregivers and healthcare professionals are screened, including background and reference checks. They are also bonded/insured. Of course, your comfort matters the most. If you ever have any concerns, we will work to find you a new caregiver.

5. Ongoing Support In-Home Care
AccuAid Home Care caregivers keep track of tasks in a mobile app, we keep detailed notes in care logs and task statuses, so you know exactly what happened each time they provide service. Supervisory staff also make periodic visits to your loved one’s home to ensure everything works according to the care plan. And, because your care team is trained to notice and report changes in health or condition, we can quickly modify the care plan if needed.
